Chapman Bright, formerly known as SMOps, is looking for a marketing technology consultant, to play an interesting role in the fast growing team. You’re fluent in Dutch and English. Prefrably WO level education in marketing, management, business or IT. You have a bare minimum of 5 years of marketing and/or IT experience and several years of marketing automation experience, enabling marketeers, sales, and leadership to be successful by leveraging marketing technology to its full potential. When it comes to marketing technology such as Marketo, you take the time to think about the impact a process can have in other parts of the connected technology landscape. You’re driven to make the biggest possible impact for the customer, as you are customer obsessed. You have a broad experience in how to leverage technology (e.g. the marketing automation platform Marketo Engage. As administrator and/or product owner). You feel comfortable with process diagramming and visualizing data and results. You also have experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Experience in a sales-driven work environment where the platform is integrated with CRM (e.g. Salesforce). You know how to combine MarTech to create synergy. You have experience in lead management, lead scoring, life cycle, international campaign deployment, and workspace partitioning.
- You have some experience in database architecture, data manipulation, IT landscapes, implementation of SaaS platforms, project management, agile scrum, and/or specifically Marketo’s API’s.
Together with your colleagues you’ll be working for our customers’ interesting puzzles. Our customer base includes BDO, Rockwool, Essent, Delopitte, Innogy, DHL Express, Bial, Staples, Trend Micro, PinkRoccade, Wolf Oil, Leaseweb, Planon, Dassault Systemes, and many more awesome customers. You will help customers and your colleagues with improving and/or implementing platforms such as Marketo according to best-practice. Every implementation we do is custom! No quick out-of-the-box templated implementations. But the real deal. Though we do have documented best-practices and methodologies that guarantee success.
In projects you define realstic plans in close cooperation with the customer. You research and suggest possible solutions. And you bring accross consequences of the solutions to choose from. You consider the customer’s terminology and you validate the customer’s response and adjust accordingly.
