The Role

At Chapman Bright, we help B2B companies radically improve the efficiency of sales and marketing with automation, AI-powered workflows, and agents. We work with the headquarters of enterprise customers across the world, including ROCKWOOL, DHL Express, thyssenkrupp, and Deloitte, helping them set new standards in efficiency and growth.

To strengthen our team in the Netherlands, we are looking for a B2B Technical Consultant with a strong focus on Make.com (formerly Integromat). In this role you will help clients automate smarter, scale faster, and grow with impact.

As a Technical Consultant, you will:

  • Work directly with clients to design and deliver scalable automation solutions using Make.com.
  • Translate business processes into technical reality.
  • Collaborate with our clients and our Business Consultants in joint project teams.
  • Ensure standards, templates, and best practices are applied in every solution.
  • Bring technical know-how in APIs, JSON, and arrays to build modular and future-proof automations & integrations.
  • Get opportunities to expand your expertise through training (including Adobe Marketo).

What You’ll Work On

You will design and deliver solutions for enterprise headquarters like ROCKWOOL, DHL Express, thyssenkrupp, and Deloitte, solving challenges at global and regional scale. Examples include:

  • Automate CRM meeting logs: transcribe, summarize, and update records automatically, saving sales teams hundreds of hours.
  • Repurpose whitepapers into blogs, LinkedIn posts, and nurture emails with AI, extending reach and impact effortlessly.
  • Trigger milestone-based surveys and analyze feedback with AI sentiment detection, boosting retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Auto-generate campaign programs and assets in Marketo from structured requests, cutting execution time from days to minutes.
  • Enrich leads with LinkedIn data and instantly route to the right sales rep, increasing conversion rates and response speed.
  • Normalize and deduplicate CRM data for clean, efficient marketing automation platforms, improving accuracy and reducing costs.

What We’re Looking For

We don’t expect you to tick every box. If this sounds like you and you are based in the Netherlands with a valid work permit, we’d love to talk:

  • Hands-on experience with Make.com and automation workflows.
  • Affinity with B2B marketing & sales processes. Experience in marketing/MarTech is a big plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: able to translate business challenges into clear technical solutions for clients.
  • Strong technical foundation: You know how to apply standards, templates, and best practices to automation builds.
    You bring hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, arrays, and working with objects, enabling you to design integrated, modular, and future-proof solutions.
  • Team mindset: you enjoy working in joint delivery teams where functional experts and consultants shape solutions together.
  • Curiosity and drive: you want to grow into a trusted consultant, not just a technical executor.
