Chapman Bright The First Agency to Roll Out Marketo Engage's New Dynamic Chat Capability To Clients
In line with their continuous effort to deliver business solutions that drive impact, Adobe Marketo Engage launched a brand new capability, Dynamic Chat, created to help B2B marketers orchestrate integrated, cross-channel experiences that drive proactive website engagement and conversions.
As a long-time valued partner, Chapman Bright was involved in the co-creation and Alpha and Beta testing of this feature and was the very first agency to roll out Dynamic Chat for their clients including Planon and Lely.
The announcement came on day 2 of the Adobe Summit during a special session on Dynamic Chat where Sreekanth Reddy, Adobe product manager, and Karoline Kneist, digital marketing specialist at Planon – a Chapman Bright client – introduced the new capability and discussed how Planon is leveraging Dynamic Chat to increase conversions on their website.
As part of the partnership, Chapman Bright has secured priority seats for their clients, looking to launch chat in the next few weeks, and have already started producing resources to help businesses get started with chat.
