Working with Marketing Technology requires specific knowledge, experience and understanding. We have noticed that the people with this particular knowledge in our field of work are very scarce. Working with these technologies is not something you learn in school or a university, which is why we see a gap in the market we want to fill.
We want to add value to the marketing field by giving high-potential young marketers the opportunity to gain exactly the knowledge they are missing. This will ensure that the gap in the supply and demand for Marketing Automation and Technology experts can be filled. With our traineeship program we will train the new generation of Marketing Technology experts and ensure that only the very best experts are on our team. In addition, this way we also have the opportunity to deploy the talent towards our customers.
That is why ambitious and high-potential master graduates in marketing, business, or equivalent are encouraged to apply for our traineeship, to stretch the limits in marketing technology.
The Traineeship will take two years, from which the first year you will be a MarTech Trainee. Following completion of the first year, you will move on to being a Certified Junior MarTech Specialist (CJMTS). Following completion of the second year, you will move on to being Certified MarTech Specialist (CMTS).
Year 1
For the first year of the Traineeship, your role is that of a MarTech Trainee. Being a MarTech Trainee means that you will spend time learning about topics such as digital marketing foundations with a focus on automation and study to obtain has several certifications (e.g. Adobe, SCRUM, Google). You’ll also be guided through projects we do for customers, like implementations, integrations, pilots and data management.
We work a lot with Marketo Engage, and in this year you’ll learn all the ins and outs about this program. You are going to use your gained knowledge and experience to become a Marketo Engage Business Practioner Expert at the end of this year.

About the 1st YearYear 2
After the first year, you will be a Junior MarTech Specialist! This year, you will dedicate more of your time to working in projects and gaining more experience. However, this role also means that you will still have enough time to focus on your learning and development. You will take on more responsibility and dive deeper into projects.
After this year, you’ll become a MarTech Specialist and will have the highest expertise in our profession. You’ll work independently on projects and will fully contribute to the work we deliver to our clients. From this point on, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself into a MarTech Consultant in a few years. Because you’ll never stop learning!
About the 2nd YearRequirements
We are always looking for new talent to start the traineeship. Our ideal trainee candidate:
- Is graduated from a Bachelor in Marketing, CE, BE, Communication, IT, etc, but preferably has a Master’s in Marketing, Management, Business, IT, etc.;
- Has a passion for Marketing Technology and is eager to learn more about Marketing Automation;
- Has some basic skills in Excel, Analytics, SPSS and Chat;
- Is a real team player and enjoys working with many people from different companies;
- Is interested in potentially becoming a high-level consultant in the field of Marketing Technology
What you can expect during the traineeship:
- Getting certified in different fields, like Marketo Engage, Drift, Ringlead and Google Analytics;
- Getting to know different types of (big) companies and learn how to work with them;
- Working in a dynamic environment and learning to handle the challenges that come with it;
