From trainee to Junior MarTech Consultant
Britt's experience on starting a traineeship at Chapman Bright to eventually develop into the role of Jr. MarTech Consultant
Now it is time to deepen your expertise and start shaping your career path as a consultant.
In Year 2 you step up as a Junior MarTech Specialist. You will take on more responsibility in projects, while also having the freedom to specialize in areas that align with your interests and career goals.
You can choose up to four topics to explore in depth. Examples include:
Specializing also means applying your skills directly in real projects. You may spend a few months working on a client’s lead management strategy, followed by several months focused on integrations, architecture, or data flows.
Throughout the year, you will combine client delivery with focused development in your chosen topics, gradually moving from supporting to independently owning parts of a project.
To complete the traineeship, you will deliver a presentation at the end of Year 2. This is your opportunity to showcase what you have learned, reflect on the projects you have worked on, and demonstrate your expertise in the topics you specialized in.
At the end of the two-year program, you will transition into the role of Junior MarTech Consultant. By then you will have developed not just technical knowledge but also consulting skills, project experience, and the ability to work with stakeholders.
The traineeship prepares you to continue your career at Chapman Bright as a consultant who bridges business goals with marketing technology, automation, and AI. Ready to deliver measurable impact for clients.
