After the customer signs the contract with us, including NDA of course, and the processor agreement is signed, we typically have a kickoff call with the customer, and then get access to their instance to do an initial scan and prepare ourselves.
The main assessment will be in a workshop format at the customer. During a workshop of 2-5 hours, we’ll go through the entire Marketo instance. From Marketing Activities till Admin and Lead Database. Along the way we’ll document every possible improvement in a backlog. Customers typically write down a lot too, as these power workshops are filled with best-practices shared by our experts.
A few days after the workshop, we’ll run through the backlog items with the customer. We’ll provide them with background on how the customer can implement those changes. On request we can also help prioritize backlog items, based on business impact and required effort.
